During 2022, our company hired a refugee, demonstrating a strong commitment to social responsibility and the integration of people from disadvantaged backgrounds. This recognition underlines our commitment to supporting a more inclusive and welcoming society.
At a time when global challenges require contributions from all of us, we believe that the private sector has a key role to play in promoting inclusion and diversity. Hiring a refugee was just one of the initiatives we are taking to create an open and inclusive work environment.
