In Pieve Emanuele, near Milan, the new multi-storey car park at the Humanitas Hospital is now officially operational, providing a modern and efficient solution for patients, visitors and hospital staff. With a total of 633 parking spaces spread over two levels, the facility has been designed to meet the growing mobility needs of the local community.

A distinctive feature of the project is the integration of canopies equipped with photovoltaic panels on the first floor, capable of generating approximately 432 kWp of clean energy. This innovative solution not only provides shelter for parked vehicles but also contributes to sustainable energy production, reducing the facility’s environmental impact and supporting the hospital’s energy efficiency.

On the ground floor, 358 parking spaces are available, including 15 reserved for disabled users, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all visitors. The first floor accommodates 275 parking spaces and stands out for its adoption of cutting-edge technologies that promote renewable energy sources.

The completion of this infrastructure marks a significant step forward in optimising mobility and promoting sustainable solutions. The new multi-storey car park at Humanitas Hospital is a prime example of how technological innovation and environmental awareness can coexist, offering an efficient, modern service that meets the needs of the community.
